How I will use technology...

I'm going to do Blogs instead of responses for my class this semester. First of all, I enjoyed Ms. Patrick's presentation about blogging and as a new blogger myself, I am going to give it a whirl. The other reason is because I teach in a computer-enabled classroom (SW 138) so I am going paper-less with my students this semester. It may fail horribly, but it could be great also. I am hoping for the later. I will let you all know how it goes!

Introductory Post

Hi everyone! Welcome to the example blog for the Incorporating Technology: Blogging session of the 2008 GI Pre-Semester Workshop. I've invited each of you to be a contributor/author to the blog, so you can all write posts for the page.

At the end of our session, I'm asking each of you to write a post about how you think you may use technology in your 10803 class, which could be as simple as using email to communicate with your students sometimes.

I've enjoyed meeting all of you and am looking forward to working with you over the next few years!
